Founded in 1991, Obstetric and Gynecologic Affiliates of Katy is committed to providing patients with convenient access to high-quality medical care. We believe that providing high-quality medical care is not only about the medical advice that we dispense, but also about the relationships we have with our patients. We continue to strive to be a leader in innovative medical practices.  

Our Staff

   G. Russell Edwards, MD

Dr. Edwards is the founding partner.  He is a graduate of Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, Texas.  He did his residency at Medical College of Virginia,  Richmond, Virginia.  Dr. Edwards is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a member of the Christian Medical and Dental Association.   Dr. Edwards enjoys woodworking and relaxing at his tree farm in Sealy.

   Selina Lin, MD

Dr. Lin graduated from the University of Texas Medical Branch, Galveston, Texas.  She completed her residency at the University of Alabama, Birmingham.  She is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a member of the Christian Medical and Dental Association.  Dr. Lin is a Deacon of the West Houston Chinese Church and is very involved in Missions.

   Nina Ibe, WHCNP

Mrs. Ibe earned her BS, Nursing from the University of Alaska, Anchorage, Alaska.  She became a Certified Inpatient Obstetric Nurse Clinician at Humana Hospital, Anchorage, Alaska.  She completed her MS, Women's Health Care at University of Texas, Houston, Texas.  Mrs. Ibe is affiliated with the National Association of Nurse Practitioners and Theta Tau Omicron National Nursing Honor Society.
